Little Tillmann in his pram
Dieter has sent me some photos! Here is little Tillmann in his pram. Tillmann is Dieter and Kristina's grandson. Notice the brake. It's like a bicycle brake. And the sun umbrella - I have never seen anything like it before. It only needs an engine! Haha.

Hildegard von Waldenburg - "Ja ja mein kind"
I have found a book written by Hildegard von Waldenburg (Graf) in Amazon - "Ja ja mein kind (That's how it is, my child)". It's the autobiography of a German girl who lived through World War II in Berlin. It makes interesting reading, about things I never knew.

Orphans in Africa - International Children's Care
The eyes of the world are now at last focused on the
poor countries of Africa. Especially the orphans,
who had suffered under the traumatic events and have
still to endure terrible hardships.
I found the Web Site of INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN'S CARE,
an organization that is arranging funds to help where it is needed most. Donations can be sent on directly to them.
